Workshops
Yoga workshops offer a unique opportunity to slow down, explore, and dive deeper into different aspects of your practice. Unlike regular classes, workshops give us more time to break things down, ask questions, and experiment with movement, breath, and mindfulness in a supportive, nurturing space. With a mix of guided practice, discussion, and hands-on support, workshops are a great way to take your practice to the next level.
Whether you're looking to get started on your yoga journey, learn a specific skill, explore the subtler aspects of the practice, or simply take time for yourself, check out my upcoming workshops below.

This Yoga for Beginners Workshop is designed as a supportive introduction to yoga, offering a calm and friendly space to start your journey. It’s also ideal if you’ve practised before and would like to revisit the fundamentals, slow things down, and develop your personal practice.
Over the course of this 3-hour workshop, you’ll be guided through the core elements of a well-rounded yoga practice, building a strong foundation you can confidently take into regular studio or online classes. We’ll take time to explore and revisit basic sequences, helping you understand how postures feel in your body.
The workshop will cover the essential pillars of yoga practice, including Asana (physical postures), breath, and simple meditation techniques, with plenty of space for questions and reflection.

FAQs
Is this workshop suitable for me?
This workshop is designed for complete beginners and open to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility or experience level. The only physical requirement is to be able to get up and down from the floor relatively easily, if not, a specific chair yoga class might be a better fit for you. If you're unsure, please get in touch to chat through any concerns you might have.
What do I need to bring/wear?
All equipment is provided at the studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in (stretchy fabrics or loose fits). We normally practice barefoot, but you can wear socks if that feels more comfortable.
