Workshops
Yoga workshops offer a unique opportunity to slow down, explore, and dive deeper into different aspects of your practice. Unlike regular classes, workshops give us more time to break things down, ask questions, and experiment with movement, breath, and mindfulness in a supportive, nurturing space. With a mix of guided practice, discussion, and hands-on support, workshops are a great way to take your practice to the next level.
Whether you're looking to get started on your yoga journey, learn a specific skill, explore the subtler aspects of the practice, or simply take time for yourself, check out my upcoming workshops below.

Celebrate and connect with the energy of summer
Balance outward energy with grounding and rest
Explore restoring, calming practices to support yourself through the brighter months.
An afternoon of movement, rest and reflection to honour the Summer Solstice and celebrate the energy and vitality of the season. Beginning with a slow-flow practice inspired by the joy and expansion of summer, we'll then soften into grounding, long-held Yin Yoga poses and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (a form of guided relaxation/meditation).
Explore movement, breath and meditation practices to support you during the brighter months, balancing outward energy with moments of calm and reflection.
All levels welcome.

FAQs
Is this workshop suitable for me?
This workshop is open to beginners and experienced practitioners. The only physical requirement is to be able to get up and down from the floor relatively easily. If you're unsure, please get in touch to chat through any concerns you might have.
What do I need to bring/wear?
All equipment is provided at the studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in (stretchy fabrics or loose fits). We normally practice barefoot, but you can wear socks if that feels more comfortable.
