Ease into Winter

A Solstice workshop to honour stillness, rest and community

The Winter Solstice marks a turning inward, a still point before the light starts to return.
In this slow, restorative workshop we’ll move through grounding Yin postures and ease into deep rest with Yoga Nidra. A space to rest, nourish your nervous system, and celebrate the end of the year in community. 

What to expect: 

  • Opening circle

  • Yin yoga practice to melt tension

  • Breathing practices to rebalance the nervous system

  • Guided relaxation with a winter-themed Yoga Nidra 

  • Time for reflection and journaling

  • Closing circle, sharing tea and cake
