Slow Flow to Yin Yoga

Thursday 5:45-6:45pm at Bristol School of Yoga (Studio 16)

Unwind and reset with a grounding practice designed to help you slow down and transition out of your day.

This class begins with breath-led movement to ease the body and help the mind settle back into the present. We then move into longer held poses from the Yin yoga tradition to unravel tension, and promote deep rest. Blending yoga philosophy and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we explore a variety of practices including breathwork, meditation and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.

Suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a calming, nurturing practice.

A dynamic, creative flow to help build mind-body awareness, mobility and focus.

Moving 360 degrees around the mat, this class explores movement in a more fluid and less linear way. Sequences are varied and engaging, encouraging curiosity and playfulness. Each week, we explore and embody different themes and practices inspired by the elements, seasons, and yoga philosophy.

Vittoria’s classes blend yoga tradition and modern understanding of the body and nervous system, encouraging you to move and breathe in ways that feel good for you.
